I have been critiqued best as distopian and tongue-in-cheek, worst as having an inclination to cling to representation and pop culture. Thats all cool with me. In this show i will be presenting a series of images that are abstracted representations (mostly of birds) in a developing style inspired by contour drawings, the uninterrupted flow of the spray can, mayan calligraphy, tattoo art, and hot rod aesthetics.
